Return Policy

We  want you to be pleased with your purchase and will accept authorized returns of eligible items.  You must request a return merchandise authorization form within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Shipping:  Customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring products returned to Quilts Galore and More.  Returned items must arrive within 14 days of receipt. 

Refund:  We will issue a refund of the item(s) price for authorized returns received in new, saleable condition.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  We are a free shipping site, but for returned items you will be charged our shipping rate to send the item out.

Non-Returnable items -

All items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Returns of bedding or clothing that has been used or washed are not accepted for any reason.  

Custom-made and special order items may not be returned.  In the rare case of a custom-made item that is defective or damaged upon receipt, the item will be repaired or replaced.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that is not in saleable condition or is returned after 14 days from receipt.
